My main intention here are just two things-three point perspective (and that's extremely hard!!!)
-Maid Neko
as a maid, so I decide to put her in the kitchen.

uhm, requests is like, when people give you ideas to new pictures, something they would like to see you draw a picture of. c:
and a trade, that's when you draw something for another person, and then also get something from that person. c: so you draw each other something. ^u^

I see, then, yes,I have done requests before (draw someone's fav character) and if you counting been paid as a illustrator then I've done many of them.
I am freelance storyboard artist for sometime now. However I do understand you mean friendly request. ^.^
Art trade, as far as I remember, I haven't done it before.
I think it would be fun,especially art trades. ^v^
