Description FIRST TUTORIAL EVAAAH!!
this was the product of people asking me how I do the bokeh in my pictures. Sorry if it's not too well-explained, I suck at giving instructions..

Almost all of the textures I use come from DevArt, you can just download them here just search 'Bokeh' or 'Textures' in resources and stock images.
