Ooh, beware of the wolf dressed as a lamb!Despite the usual issues I always have with my drawings, I quite like this.
Oh, and I adore the name Annatar. One of the best I've ever heard, and I don't know why.

I love this picture. It deserves repeating: I LOVE this picture. Best I've come across of Annatar. The shading, his eyes - can't stop looking into those eyes!! - and just how mild his expression is. Oo, he gives me the shivers. I like how he melts into the shadow, the one hint we have of his dark nature. Really - *this* is the Annatar that deceived Eregion and Numenor. No question!
Do you mind if I link to this from my fanfic story "Lavender's Blue"? (About Annatar trying to turn Cirdan to the dark side, wouldn't you know it.) Your Annatar is near identical to how I imagined him!

I like the shape of the eyes, and the bit of a squint of the lower eyelid of his left eye (our right). I don't know why, but I keep staring. I'm mesmerized!
