Nice colors, though the McDonalds near me lets a local homeless guy sleep in the booths (their 24/7 drivethru) and the employees pay for him to eat.

If he's a homeless person, it's stupid to buy mcdonalds food, cause proper groceries would be cheaper and healthier. even if he just want something warm, he can get it cheaper somewhere else.

I hate that people say this so often. Yes it's bad for you and YES, it's not the best fast food out there. But that's exactly what it is. Fast Food. It's not going to be a gourmet meal, it's just there so you can grab something to keep from keeling over in hunger halfway through your workday when you're in a hurry.

Okay, didn't mean to piss you off, cheezy. I KNOW McDonald's is a fast-food plce-there's one right across from my school. And I KNOW the purpose of a fast food place. HOWEVER, McDonalds is probably the worst place to go, no matter how hungry you are! If it keeps YOU from keeling over, that's dandy, and you can eat there as many times as you want. Free country, America is. However, just cuz YOU like McDonalds and support it, doesn't mean I have to like and support it.

No one can only afford fast food. That's ridiculous. Fast food is at least three times more expensive than buying actual groceries. Even if your groceries only consist of a three dollar box of cereal, it'll at least last you a couple of (very bland and boring) meal times. Which is much better than one greasy meal where you're hungry again two hours later.
It would be stupid and financially unsound to live off of fast food.

Well, fine. Cereal and milk with some strawberries, and some peanut butter or something is what can make up their groceries. That outta support their body and still cost less than McDonald's. Even ordering off the dollar menu... Especially if they want fries and a drink every time.
Also, if you're saying that some people can only afford fast food, then you're probably implying that they live somewhere without heat and electricity too... In which case they're basically homeless, so why don't they just hit up the soup kitchen?
Fast food is never, I repeat, NEVER going to be someone's only option.

alright i guess i didn't think it through that carefully. no i wasn't implying that they're homeless, partly cause i've never seen a homeless guy in McD's, but just that maybe they were in a financial pinch. i guess fast food was the only option they considered. honestly, you should tell that to people who think it's their only option.

I like that homeless people are rarely seen in actual grocery stores and fast food places, but you do see them all over liquor stores. Good choice, homeless dudes.
And you're right, fruit is generally more expensive when it's not in season... They can substitute in lettuce at that point... Not for their cereal, though. That wouldn't be very tasty.

yes that's exactly why i don't want to donate to homeless beggars! they never use their money intelligently. they probably got where they are from alcohol anyway.

So, after that video went viral, he was picked up by a local news station and was given a job. They supplied him with a house and everything!
Unfortunately, he showed up drunk to his first day at work and was fired on the spot... Idiot man.
