This two-storey residential house, designed by Mikko Tamminen, is in the style of late Jugend. The upper floor is made of timber and the bottom floor from brick. The staircases have remained nearly original. The tower-like addition to the façade is remarkable in the cityscape as the southern end to Rautatienkatu. The whole building was recently completely renovated.
