Description
This was a project I did for color theory that was a painting inspired by BlitzPony 's firefly pieces, and the birthday gift she made for me, which is one of my favorite things that anyone's ever made for me.

The assignment was use a bright color, and it's muted contrast. The two colors I chose were blue and orange, or Bl'orange, is you will. My bright color was orange, all of the other colors are an extremely muted blue, with the exception of my pony, and my mane/tail.

It was fun to make, it was also made very quickly in one layer with cheap acrylics on bristol paper.
