by the way, Japanese rice is much stickier than foreign rice, so it sticks together with no vinegar etc... nummy

it was work.. and i bought the right kind of rice now but i haven't made them again yet. i hate vinegar so i didn't use that on these but after the rinsing process it worked out. if you have any tips on meat or flavoring, i'd like to try something new or traditional
(also, i'm so jealous! i want to someday live there, too)

Yeah I know! God, the first time I made rice I didn't add enough rice vingar, so it fell apart.
Do you use a rice cooker? Cause that helps out a lot too. :3

yea that's what inspired me to do it! lol been wanting to make them for years. love it! i did the whole rinsing thing and letting it set in water for like an hour etc, even though i know it isn't the right kind =b
