Because It was originally Bubbles' headband when I Made it around 4 years ago (I have a few people to back me up)
I intended for the headband to be a symbol of Bubbles' love for her sisters, since she loves them so much why not wear something to resemble them?
But sadly... My idea got taken away when Bliss showed up..
