While Amory is "sleeping" in the guest suite, Blizzy Skies runs into her older sister Flurry Heart in the hallway of the Crystal Castle.

Blizzy: Flurry! There you are!

Flurry: What's up, little sis?

Blizzy: Guess what? I met this mare on the outskirts of town so now we're having a sleepover!

Flurry: Already? Wow.

Blizzy: Her name's Amory and she's going to spend some time in the castle until she can find a place of her own.

Flurry: *smiling* We're glad to have her staying then. Amory, was it? What an interesting name.

Blizzy: Mom thought so, too! Amory and I are practically sisters already!

Flurry: Well don't forget about your older sister, Bliz.

Blizzy: But you're so old.

Flurry: Am I? I didn't notice the grey hairs. How old is Amory?

Blizzy: I dunno. Younger than you, probably.

Flurry: *frowns* How much do you know about this mare?

Blizzy: *folds her wings* Uh, aside from her name? Well I know she used to live in the Crystal Empire and that her family doesn't live around her.

Flurry: It might not be wise to invite random strangers to the castle. I'll talk to Mom later.

Blizzy: Wow, you're such a party pooper! *Nudges Flurry playfully*

Flurry: I'm only trying to look out for you. By the way, a new dress was just delivered to my quarters. Would you like to see?

Blizzy: Yes! I bet you'll look just like a princess!

Flurry: Hardee har har. Come on!

Blizzy and Flurry fly down the corridors, leaving thoughts about Amory behind.
