Its Plok from the classic SNES game Plok. he attacks by shooting his limbs and by picking up a gift it will give him a special power like boxing gloves, an old hunting gun or a full body rocket launcher suit, plus the game has a kickass Soundtrack to boot. its one of my Favorite SNES games.
