I was cosplaying Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) at the russian festival Starcon, which is dedicated to movies, TV series, video games, comic books, modern science, space and technology.12 July 2014
Costume was made by me with the help of my family and friends.
The cowl was made by the amazing Reevez666 !

That is an amazing creation right there. You should seriously take more pictures of this outfit, it's brilliant. One minor recommendation, maybe get a longer cloak?

I was making this version of Batgirl suit, that's why the cloak is a bit shorter C:

Ah I see now. By the way I would add some darts (sewing darts, not like metal darts!) going down the front of the suit, it will tighten it up a little and remove the folds your getting around your waist.
