Ok how the heck do I install this stuff? I have like 4 themes I want to install and none of them seem to work. Please, what the heck am I missing here?? I press install and I can't find it in RainMeter

там не трудно всё
к кнопке переключения страницы приписываешь экшены, которые будут скрывать элементы 2х остальных страниц (если вкладки 3), а так же экшены, которые покажут элементы страницы, на которую ты переключил.

oh but how can i install it? because its a .rmskin file and the "ordinary" rainmeter files are .ini so ... thanks for the help!

Rename the file to rossella.zip and open it.
