These doodles were basically me trying to figure out how this pairing would work. In my head (since hes cried 3 or so times in the show) Clyde is a crybaby and thus I'm pretty sure Tweek tops. Given his boxing experience and a few other times hes shown he can stand up for himself it kind of works. And maybe being with Clyde would prompt him to properly grow a pair and act like that all the time. Or not and they'd just be wimps together. Meh, whatever works works.
