technically, it is the FIRST time, since LoA takes place in between the two films and BEFORE Tigress hugs Po twice in KFP 2 :3

Actually someone mentioned to Po about the battle between him and Lord Shen. So it would actually be the second time that Tigress hugged Po.

in "Enter the Dragon". On the Wiki(not Wikipedia) page it says that some one mentions it. And it'a at the part when Po was suppose to tell the people to leave the village.
It was suppose to be inbetween them but someone mentioned him. so that means that it must have taken place AFTER the second movie.

so tehre is still hope that either:
A) They will start Ti/Po in thsi series
or
B) They will start it on the third film, so we'll have to wait until 2016, or maybe FAR in the future if they decide to do it on the 4th or 5th or 6th ones :S
