No, the deer in that area don't mind humans too much, I think because there aren't any hunters nearby to speak of. There was a buck about a hundred feet to my left that kept his eye on me, but after about a minute of me standing there they pretty much stopped paying attention.

Thank you! We were very lucky to be there, we only had about fourty-five minutes of sunlight left too, so just good luck all around.
