Here he is, in his newest design . Not going to get into his story but here's a bit about Nevinith:
Nevinith is an autistic sun-elf who copes with a learning disability, a speech impediment, and severe anxiety. His people, the sun elves, are (for lack of better words) pompous assholes obsessed with physical and mental perfection. So obviously, Nevinith was shunned. Lucky for him, he had a brother who was dedicated to raising him, "imperfections" and all.
[screw backstory, long story short he's now under the control of some dark, dark things]
Nevinith's mind and body have been corroded by dark magic, hence the marks on his face (look beyond the freckles) and his skeletal physique. He's lost pretty much all of his hair to it, too, and bears pupil-less golden irises.
I got to use my sister's tablet for this one, feels good to be back to digital art, if only for one piece c':
