Cute, but I don't think that Marceline really acts like this. She hides behind a mask of apathy, cynicism and amorality. I'm not saying that this scenario couldn't happen, just that she doesn't really act as kind as she does here. Even in "I Remember You," her mood was mainly frustration. When she does feel like being nice, her demeanor is more neutral than pleasant. That's just my interpretation of course, take it as you will.

True, but just think about where Marceline was coming from in "I Remember You": At that point, she was still uncomfortable being around Ice King, and seeing what Simon had become, so of course she was frustrated. For a moment, when he acted relatively normal, she was fine; it wasn't until he started crying and having a fit that she became irritated again.
Now, compare all that to how Marceline was in "Bad Little Boy". She finally reached a point where she had accepted Ice King as he was now, and wants to be his friend, since that's really what he wanted anyway. When he asked her how she liked his story, she responded with, "It's...good." She didn't want to hurt his feelings, so she didn't laugh or tell him it was awful, as she might've with someone else. It's obvious how much Marceline still cares for Ice King, and she doesn't treat him the same way she treats Finn or any of her other friends.
I dunno, but I could be completely wrong about all this, haha. I'm just a sentimental person, I guess.

He's so confused and it's just sad and she doesn't want to accept things can never go back to how they were. Even if he were somehow to be himself again she's not a little girl now, everything would still be different.

his faaaace. The Poor Ice King looks so weirded out. I love his little half hand clenching pose in the last panel. It's like he has no idea what to do with himself.
Its also nice to see a Ice King and Marcy comic that isn't completely depressing. I love this tragic and sad pair, but sometimes I need a little fluff.
