No, she's not a stand.

Snapped (pet name, real name not being revealed yet) is a manufactured aura that was placed inside Beth's heart at birth. Some could say that she's also a symbiote because she's an intelligent aura, manifesting her own consciousness and reacting differently from her host.
While Beth is easygoing, happy-go-lucky, and an overall pacifist, Snapped is a cold, calculated, and vicious murderer. She DOES fight for the sake of her host, although she does it in her own way (so she's somewhat like an anti-hero). Sometimes she'll forcibly possess her host in order to carry out an idea she has at that moment, but that's shortlived.

Although Snapped does not have powers of her own, she can tap into her host's powers easier than the latter can.
