you moon is wonderful. the loose lines lightly spirally around the craters and then seeming to drip down off of then, this effect is very aesthetically beautiful!

They are "dream writing", that is they are meant to be understood with the imagination and not read literally. However, the letters are inspired by various ancient writing systems, particularly Avestan, an ancient Persian alphabet.

Which in-turn implies that at least you can read what it says and have its codex tucked away somewhere. Just kind of "pointing that out" from a curious third party perspective.

The codex is tucked away in my dreams.

A long time ago I was taught how to read certain ancient language's, and how understand metaphorical sentences. I was also taught how to read "coded artwork" and to understand the symbolism of the hidden imagery that is in our ancients artwork, and the artwork of the present day. Although, I still have a ton of things to learn...I have gotten pretty good at it.

The images and messages in your artwork are "intriguing" to say the very least. I can tell you have a decent understanding about a lot of different things which has remained hidden in a veil of secrecy to most other people, which is also highly intriguing to me.

That all said, I had a friend who had a "dream codex", he even had some of it tattooed on his body. It actually turned out to resemble the "angelic language" very strongly...although I don't think he ever really realized it.

Honestly, I forgot the point I was trying to make with all this. But I can say there is a ton going on here in your imagery and messages. The whole reason I ran across your gallery to notice it in the first place was no coincidence. I can say without a doubt that your artwork is very beautiful

I'm so psyched that you have connected with my work this way, Mr. Crow (or shall I call you Salem?) and I'm really enjoying reading your thoughts on the strange and magical. i'm intrigued by your friend's "dream codex"...was it presented to him in dreams?
