He's so cute! Great design. The third drawing of him reminds me of the lion king, when Simba is grown up and meets Nala in the jungle and they jump in that lake... I think because of the hair over his eyes
are these completely traditional drawings, or do you color them digitally?

Thanks! Haha, probably some subconscious inspiration there. I was such a Lion King nut growing up. They're a weird mash up of traditional and digital. I sketched them traditionally, colored them with marker, then scanned and touched them up in Photoshop.

oh my goodness, I love him!!! Especially how he looks so gruff and potentially threatening in pics 1&3....but then we see his true self in the middle and learn what a cutie he is!
