Another Prototype fanart... I still didn't play with Prototype 2, but I already watched few video about it on youtube... and I can tell I fall in love with Heller, he is an awesome character.... but I am not satisfied with the ending of the game... so fuck you Radical Entertainment, I hate you so much >:C
if there is a way to revive Alex Mercer... I would do everything.. He was one of my favorite character

Mercer is more than likely still alive, so donβt be disappointed. Keep in mind his biomass can regenerate his whole body by consuming something as little as a crow.Β

This can be a Prototype 3 idea. Sadly Radical is not making anymore because of the reputation of 2. I want this to happen! Alex Mercer should once escape again. Maybe a co-op game should happen.

Β I'm pretty sure people would be disgusted and enraged if [PROTOTYPE 3] went like this: After Alexander Mercer, the ex-Gentek Scientist comes back with a new virus in his system, he finds out through murder with his own eyes that his little sister Dana Mercer has become crazed with power from her infection of Redlight and has become the new Elizabeth Greene. Now Alexander must use his new found power to put a stop to Dana's plans and see if he can either help her to see the error of her ways or kill her to put a permanent end to her plans for the Earth. With new hand to hand combat, new shape shifting powers, new disguise abilities, and a new virus it's an all out battle between two siblings. It's bother vs sister, sibling vs sibling, Alexander vs Dana, Godzilla vs Biollante. Will Alex be able to stop his little sister and save both Earth and Humanity from the brink of extinction, or will he fall and see the planet he calls home doomed to eternal damnation?

Way i see it, he cant be dead anyway because the original Mercer (Alex) died in penn station when he was shot. The character you play in Prototype IS the black-light virus simply using Mercers appearance. Ergo Heller is actually infected by Mercer (Black-light) so if the virus is alive within Heller then technically Mercer (Black-light) never died. He could come out of Heller in the same way as the hunters and all those other big ass monsters came from Greene.

prototype 3 idea, mercer went insane via the virus, heller consumed mercer yes, because heller seems to be a unique kind of evolved him comsuming mercer cured mercer of the virus' corruption, and since mercer was technically the origin of hellers power, mercer retains his own conscious inside of heller and eventually separates from heller. now heller doesnt know mercer is good again so prehaps the game take on both points of view. we still dont know what has happened to greene's son codenamed 'pariah' other than that he is in captivity, so potentially the antagonist. also mercer and heller would have some slightly different abilities, heller possesses the tendril attacks where as mercer did not in the first game, likewise mercer possessed muscle mass and armor while heller does not (the exception being the armor skins that had no effect in game in P2)

You know, this could be possible. Compare to Alex, James is still inexperience with the Virus, not to mention he made the Blacklight virus, so he could have much better control over it than the game shows us. Like he could probably comsume James from the inside if Alex tried to do so.

except he failed to consume heller when he tried to after he ruined his plan with the whitelight, its possible that mercer purposefully made heller unconsumable, subconsciously. though i think it is very likely that mercer could still be alive inside heller and possibly remove himself.

false, they are not disband they had some layoffs Β but they are working with another company at present on what they say is "an incredible project" what that is i cant say i know, not prototype three as much as i wish it were but perhaps they will go back to it assuming another company takes interest in the franchise.Β

Well while that is true i wanted to explore Alexander a lot since he had so much potential to be an awesome and bad-ass protagonist for the series but alas Dennis blew it big time.

What happens to Dana?
Thats what I wanna know. In prototype Dana get's infected by greene, in prototype two she's back but you can just TELL that she's still sick. And theres a side mission where she's coughing for a whole minute and leaves heller on his own to "Go see her docter". Is this the same docter that Mercer brought her to to keep her from becoming infected? and if so, does this mean she is still infected or what?

Also Mercer is not supposed to have a personality, he's not even fucking human. He IS the blacklight virus, and so he doesn't need to be an anti-hero, he's just a monster.
And he does have a soft spot for dana because after you kill your (ex)girlfriend in prototype he's in her apartment sitting on her bed and says "Your the only one I can trust, aren't you."
You guys need to ferret out your easter eggs before you count them.

two reasons that I can think of
1: when he believed he was her brother, it was an issue of family.
2: After he found out he wasn't her brother, wasn't even human, what kept him attached to her was the fact that while everyone else was trying to either use him or kill him, She was only interested in helping him. She actually cared for him. And even if he wasn't human, he felt that, if nothing else, he owed her.
Also if you actually look at her, she's kinda cute in a bratty punk sort of way.
