My Ventus costume design for 's contestI kinda went with a "19th century paperboy" look The vest is inspired by the one he wears in his original outfit (but mine has black strips instead of cream colored ones) He has knee pads on his shorts that are the same color as the teal stripes (thus tying the color scheme together...sorta...
) He also has sleeve suspenders so that the top of the design doesn't look exactly like Vani's steampunk outfitRelated content

Wow, this is super cute ! Another great addition to the designs <3 I love how it does have the same body structure as Vanitas. You could definitely tell it's Ventus, no doubt. All of his original design quirks are in there and make him look nothing like Roxas :]. I really love that you put the green in it. Really works, and goes so well because of his green wayfinder ! The knee pads are so well placed in this, makes him seem kiddish and brings the steampunk-vibe into the outfit ! The locked heart as the keychain works so well for him ! :]

lol...its like you read my mind...i was trying REALLY hard not to make it look like Roxas...I love checkerboard patterns but I decided against using them because they seem like Roxas's trademark
