Fake ones wouldn't crinkle up actually, so take it as a sign of true beauty in it's authenticity!

Though I do wonder what the motivation for pushing the breasts up that high, I feel like it's shifting the balance of the photo making it feel off. In a more aggressive photo that would be awesome, but some how... it doesn't seem to go with the more glamor/pin up feel of the image.

Its a nice shot but the boobs hanging out that much really make it crinkle and look fake. Maybe make them look more natural?
