That's kind of weird that in Anime and Manga that they make guys look like girls and guys look like girls (sometimes). It's just weird.

Well Nuriko and Houki actually look almost identical. They make a point of that a lot in the manga and a few of the gaiden novels. But she is correct it is Houki not Nuriko.
