I didn't know you could identify birds from drawings! (wait... never mind that's the entire bird bible)

There was this bird that we saw in Virginia on the way back from NC that was taking a dust bath. I don't know if you would be able to identify this, but it was all tan, had the body structure of a mourning dove, and had little dappled dark feathers on its chest, kinda like the falcon. I wanted to take a picture of it but it flew away. ; - ;

Well. I just happen to know that bird particularly well (The bird bible is photos the quick book is drawings ^^ )

hmmmm..... I'll take a look through the book and see if I can find anything.... nothing is really coming to mind. but I'm sure I'll find something.
