More light smoothing maybe? I don't know, something there is that I don't like. Probably the low light smoothing

This really is fantastic. At first look, it's interesting, and captivating, and that keeps you there picking out the details until you feel like you've walked all the way to the end and back again. It took me a moment to realize how long I'd been studying it.

Wonderful stuff.

In my opinion the people who don't like this kind of photos, have a flat imagination. Simply they don't get the photo. I have some kid photos in my gallery and some people make comments like "uwww they look so scary!, uwww they look like freaks! never ever use this technic in your photos again blah blah blah" I always choose to ignore that kind of criticisms because they're useless You should submit this photo to *HDR-Club . I'm sure the people in the club will love it!!

wow, thaks for thinking its that good..
and you have kids ?? im goin to check them out lol. dw i wont make criticisms bout dem coz i have one too
but yeah i can handle criticisms too but even that no one post it in this picture.
i cant believe you think its even good to put it up in the HDR CLUB
thank you kindly

ISIK5 In reply to bia37 [2008-05-07 12:15:54 +0000 UTC]

no I don't have kids I just taking photos of some friends' kids LOL. Definetely u should try the HDR club and U should add more photos to your gallery so more people can visit and comment them

Once again, at the risk of sounding like a broken record, that's awesome. From the ground and all the way up to the gray skies.

I don't suppose you'd mind sharing the exposure information for this shot, would you? ^_^

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

bia37 In reply to DeltaMoo [2008-04-23 04:45:37 +0000 UTC]

ofcourse ill share that information with you.

was like 6pm when i shot it.

Tripod / Remote shutter release.

Auto Bracketing on, 2 Ev steps.

experimented with AB off until i found the right first exposure which was 1/60.

so 1/60 -2.....then metered then a +2, 3 exposures was enough. iso 400.

white balance....AUTO (dont tell anyone lol)

TM in photomatix, but was super saturated with yellows and reds so i selective colour corrected
in CS3, softend and sharpend.
