he is a shiny eevee and gets a lot of attention for it but he doesn't really want the attention!
he is very cautious in approaching others & tends to scope people out from afar rather than approaching immediately
outwardly emotionless unless he's talking to a friend/someone he is interested in

im very excited whether i get in or not i remember obsessing over the other eevee party vids when i was like 10 or something hue
