This piece has a really great sense of atmosphere as well as impressive use of foreshortening. This type of birds-eye view isn't easy to capture, but I think you show a real mastery of perspective here. I only see two issues in anatomy. The first is that the ear looks a little unattached to the head because it's facing too much toward the viewer. The only other issue is that the lower hand seems a bit too ridged and strait. adding a small overlapping line off the main arm outline to where the bend in the arm would be or even adding a shadow where the crook of the arm is will define the shape much better. The pinky on that arm is also a little ridged as well, maybe try having it bend behind the other fingers on a separate layer to see what looks best. Your color use is excellent and I really love the highlighting on the outstretched hand, it really gives you a sense that the star is just within grasp. My only color suggestion is maybe experiment with adding a slight blush to the face and ears, not much, but just a little. I find that doing that gives the characters more life, just as there's always a slight blush to our actual faces. Other than that this is a really solid piece, the line work is really delicate and the emotion of the piece is absolutely wonderful. Keep up the good work!
