Predicted was clear weather, so I grabbed my camera and went to the french border.After some time I stood on the cliffs high above the Doubs river... And the sky was completely cloudy. The clouds were moving really slow above the landscape in front of me. I stayed there, waiting for the sky to open up and letting the sun through.
After two hours, the cloud cover was almost gone. Just before sunset, the sun found a way through the last clouds and lit up the landscape in the mist in front of me... Just before she went down behind clouds at the horizon for this day...

The first thing I noticed about this photograph is the lighting. It's so soft and warm, and it really pulled me into the photograph. I love how the haze creates such a nice layering to the scene, and all the green makes me wish I could be there!
