It's been a tough few weeks, and when the going gets tough, the tough get baking!
I've been wanting to learn to decorate cookies, and decided to throw myself in at the deep end with this Also appreciated by my Minecraft playing husband, and also a bit of a thank you to all of you for making my Minecraft cake [link] so very popular!

The sugar cookie recipe is courtesy of the Pink Whisk: [link]
Five 4" square cookies.
The grass is royal icing, coloured to 3 shades with Sugarflair's Navy and Melon pastes.
The soil is chocolate, 3 shades again - milk, dark and milk/dark.
