Don’t we all have that corner in our homes that we just love? A place we reflect in? A corner where we call our own….

The chair is standing parallel to the window. This gives the drawing a sense of stability yet a sense of openness due to the wide window. I love the way the lines are repeating themselves; the window’s frame, the shadows, the chair, and the wood underneath …as if they resemble the sun’s rays which I believe makes it so powerful and soothing at the same time. This drawing simply provides me with energy whenever I look at it, and gives me hope when I look out to the window of my future.
