Not really original (sorry to be honest but there's quite a lot of "cut off tongue with lot of blood" pictures here on DA) but it still have a nice focus and composition. Nicely done, in it's genre.

Personally i don't understand the appeal of this kind of thing. It's one thing to enjoy a picture because it's good, another because it shocks you.

I agree good job with the blood, but it's just a little darker than that. But it looks better than a lot of movies, beautiful.

I really like this. I especially love the blood splatters on the floor. They look really real; the blood coming from her mouth seems a bit too red, but it's still a great image.
