this is stupid. don't put the young gwen tennyson with them, they don't have the same size. the teen gwen tennyson from ben 10 alien foce with raven and starfire are the same size. What is your problem with thier teen versions?

Putting aside whether or not Ben would have turned into a male Tamaranean, I think he would have been the same size as genetic donor, in this case Starfire. He looks to turn into adult aliens. I do remember thatΒ fountain of youth episode but that seemed a little odd anyway.
Also I am trying to remember that what if episode where Gwen found the Omnitrix. She turned into a few aliens and I can't remember them all, but I think she turned into Four Arms.

Would he though? Big Chill laid eggs, and unless they were going for a male laying eggs species (which is possible), it meant that Big Chill was female.
Also, someone wrote a story based on this and gave a reason for Ben being Female. (it's stupid hilarious of a reason, but still...)

Well Big chill was Asexual (which is part of it's species) and Tamaranian has both genders. (DNA is not about gender and the Omnitrix sticks with the gender of the user)Β
