Phew, that took me a while. Getting Letho's beautiful profile right was of utmost importance!
Combining his rough appearance with the calm and pretty aesthetics of the Cáelmewedd ruins in the Flotsam forests felt like some kind of loveletter to his character. Sure, he's not the... 'nicest' of guys, but after all he went through he deserves at least a small moment of peace and quiet, I think.
