Funnily enough, I've just been reading the first two Gotrek and Felix omnibi. Didn't know there were so many new ones to read until the local libraries finally bought some new BL books.

That they are, I own a huge stack of Dan Abnett and Sandy mitchell ones already. Don't know what I'll spend my birthday book voucher on yet though, maybe Gotrek's two newer omnibi?

The rightful leading position for any worthy, right thinking Skaven!

Don't they have poor morale, something to do with formation rank bonuses too?

the rule is strength in numbers, they get morale bonuses for every line of at least 5 rats. So a big enough unit is unbreakable

I liked reading about all their ludicrously dangerous warpstone fueled technologies myself. Do they have any newer ones since Gotrek and Felix?

He did? Damn my local libraries! What are they called?

But I was wondering about more diabolical maniacal skaven devices, like the doomwheel, jezzail and warpfire thrower.

I have actually taken to building my own skaven devices, ever since I saw in the magazine they built a huge warp lightning cannon for special games, I been working on a airship, as for devices already around there is the doomflayer, a rolling spiked ball with whirling blades and the they have a tunneler for moving troops behind enemy lines, oh and there was mention of the giant Doombomb they placed under the empire's capital, it fails and blew their own tunnels to hell

The books are "Grey Seer" "Temple of the Serpent" and "Thanquol's Doom" by C.L. Werner
