use any zip extractor then go in the folders like this bubbles_shimeji_by_big8082004-d4clnhq\Shimeji and just click and run Shimeji-ee.exe must have java installed to work

if you don't know how to run it , you extract it to where you want open the folder "Shimeji" then double click the "Shimeji-ee.exe file make sure you have java installed
