My favorite part is the shine on the dress and obi. I like her being backlit and the overall pose/concept.
The hands are a little distracting for me. I wonder if they would harmonize a bit better with the piece if they were either blacker/in deeper shadow, or if they were paler/whiter.
As it is they strike me as a trifle incongruous and might be cooler either if the incongruity were pushed further, or if they were harmonized a little more. That's pretty much my only suggestion, it's already a cool piece as it stands.
