Ah, don't get me started on DMX addresses! lol! My lecturer tried teaching me, too many numbers! haha!
It was a very small show, my friend designed and op'd it! I only know the basics on it!

heh. DMX is easy address then patch to address. If it's a moving fixture then you patch to the start address. On something like the MA you just patch the fixture's start address and tell it what fixture it is (VL1000 MAC2000) and boom, mover patched.
What's a pain in the ass is patching moving attributes to a console that doesn't really understand movers. Ch1 = rough pan ch2 = fine pan... etc etc etc.

Grand MA Full Size. They make a Light and an Ultra Light as well. The full MA net can run up to 32768 DMX addresses.
