Description
Harbin is a 55-year-old human banker, elected for a yearly term as townmaster of Phandalin. In that role he serves as a judge in minor disputes and keeps any records that need to be kept, but the duty he fulfills best is being a fat, pompous fool. Prone to cowardice, he readily lets others take charge when it isn't his neck on the line.This work is part of my series inspired by the Dungeons & Dragons Starter Kit adventure, Lost Mine of Phandelver.
