Okay I've been wanting to make Meggy on the SFM for a while. But with the recent episodes of SMG4 involving a certain arc, all of Meggy's ink was extracted and she became 100% human. I usually follow the recent trends that happen in my deviantions, so I didn't know if I wanted to still draw OG Meggy or Human Meggy. But then I thought, why not do both?

Now before you say anything, I'm okay with Meggy being a human. At first her design kinda bothered me a little bit, but after a while it actually grew on me. Don't know if I'll get used to it since OG Meggy is what I think of when I close my eyes and think of her name. There's been a lot of controversy about Meggy turning human (even SFM likes the OG Meggy more due to the lighting on the models apparently ) but come on, there's been controversy about her ever since she joined the main cast. I'm okay with her being human; hell I don't care if it's permanent, she's still the same Meggy we know and love. Though I kinda prefer Human Meggy not speaking like an Inkling. I get it she's still mentally an Inkling but come on, her body changed, her insides have changed, she can't make ink anymore, her vocal chords can change too! I kinda picture Human Meggy sounding a little like Pyra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2; not exactly like Pyra, just with better feeling and more umph into it.

Also before you ask, no Human Meggy is not on the SFM workshop, she's on the gmod workshop with the other original SMG4 characters. I had to port her to SFM with a few tweaks and adjustments. When I figure out the eyes, maybe I'll put her on the SFM workshop.
