Her thickness is so, so enticing I could hardly pay attention to the enormous garment. Even when it were three quarters as tall as me.
How long does it take you to complete a picture like this one?

Difficult to say, some come together quite naturally and some take greater effort. Coupled with the fact I have several on the go at any one time and mix it up to keep me interested, I really couldn't say. Not ages.

Neh, don't take me seriously. I notice you are quite prolific, or perhaps you are having a long streak of inspiration. If you have to mentally give a number for an average picture, would it be around a whole day (24 hours)? Roughly speaking.
I don't know why I'm curious about this in particular. Perhaps, out of wonder, as I would never have the skills to come up with such great pictures. In any case, I'm glad you do.

It's actually not that much time at all. I said 24 hours thinking it was reasonable. Then, I must say quality to spent time rate seems to be fairly high.

I have some experience of these kinds of measurements in my professional capacity (Apart from the height part, but my maths is OK).
Assuming he is 5'10" she does seem to be about 9' tall.
She's very hourglass shaped. Big bust, big hips but small waist. If she was average sized she'd probably be a 36 bandsize. At 9' that comes out at 60.
Cup size? She's bigger than Rachel Aldana. I'd say about a P cup. Again, at 9', that comes out about a C cup - the second time around.
So I make her about a 60C2 cup.
