Description
This was a piece I did inspired by a self-portrait photo taken by ~spoonyvixenstock . Not much to it, I alterted the photo a bit, stretching her face and skewering the perspective more than it already was. I think it looks pretty good, not great, but pretty good.Oh, btw, before I forget, 9x12 on 300 series bristol with a Bic no.2 pencil I got from Wal-mart. Overall about an hour of work.

I love this, theres just enough of a washout effect to fit the shading of the rest of the picture. Lovely expression too. XP

Once I saw the photo, I felt I really had to draw it and do my best to compliment it without being just a draw over. I really wanted to make it mine. For something that I finished so surprisingly quickly, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

You should check out her stuff. The model, I mean. She's gorgeous, but personally, when I see a model that is glamorized by other artists over excessively, I'll usually go for something silly or scary looking.
