"Hi guys, how is it going?" Ochako greeted the shocked crowd with her usual cheerful demeanor. Only Principal Nezu was shaking his head as if someone had made a bad joke. "I've missed you all tons! Especially you, Izuku!"

A stunned silence hung in the air for a good ten seconds as everyone tried to process their fear. Izuku took this moment to gather his thoughts after the initial shock wore off. Something seemed off about Ochako.

*She's wearing her original Empress Gravity costume, not the new one, albeit in black. And her hair... it's just like it was when I last saw her in person. Plus, she called me Izuku, not Deku. And principal Nezu's reaction... of course!*

He facepalmed as he realized who actually stood before him and he relaxed. *That's not Ochako. It's only Himiko Toga. .... Hold on! Since when did this become a good thing?*

As if he could sense Izuku's thoughts, the principal interjected. "Alright, Toga-san. You've had your fun. Now please deactivate your quirk before someone has a heart attack."

"Hehehe," 'Ochako' giggled, her voice already shifting. Her eyes turned yellow, and her brown hair began to shift to blonde. With a wide grin, her sharpened teeth became visible. "You all thought it was Ochako. But it was actually me, TOGA! Oh, you should have seen the look on your faces! I normally never get people to be that scared of me."  the villainess celebrated her twisted joke.

"And I'm here too,"  another voice chimed in from the gym entrance. It was the villain Twice, leaning on a crutch. "Don't worry about me. Just a bit anemic, that's all."

"AS IF I CARE IF YOU ARE HALF DEAD OR NOT!"   Katsuki who had been quiet until this point, now exploded. "Principal! What are these villains doing here?!?"

"I can understand your anger, Bakugo," the principal attempted to soothe Izuku's furious friend. "But these two are here to help us in this dire situation."

"Bullshit!" Katsuki was having none of it. "These two are lackeys of that bastard Shigaraki who abducted me! Hell, that asshole is probably the reason why our classmate became such a psychopath in the first place! Isn't that right?" His words were more spat than spoken in the direction of the villains.

A flicker of guilt crossed Toga's face. *They clearly know something!* Izuku deduced, then spoke up. "I'd also like to know, Principal. I understand our situation is desperate, but I'm skeptical about allying with people who freely associate with Tomura Shigaraki. So please, help me and the others understand."

"Izuku!" the villainess exclaimed with delight as he spoke up. She rushed over to him and enveloped his right arm in a hug, causing Izuku to nearly drown in her cleavage. It was only then that he realized Toga's breasts were ridiculously larger than before, prompting his nose to start bleeding. "I knew I could count on you,"  she exclaimed joyfully, jumping up and down. "There's a reason you're my favorite! Along with Ochako, of course! And by that, I mean the normal Ochako, not that Empress bitch."

"It's true, though. Shigaraki was the reason why this Uraraka girl turned into a villain," Twice explained.

"Wait. What do you mean by ‘was‘?" Izuku interjected.

"Well..."

(KONO TOGA DA! - Well it was mostly obvious. But I am still suprised that many separately thought that this some kind of "Good" Ochako that had split off from Empress Gravity.)
(And I have to admit a crime. I wrote a chapter of a GTS story without showing a GTS nor letting one of the three GTS in the room speal. Is that even allowed? O.o)
(I say yes, if it serves another future GTS (Spoilers, duhh), and has enough booba to compensate.)
