Also, it's "You suck" not "You sucky"
Suggestions: The Medic is German, and is known to use German insults such as "Schweinehund" (not sure if spelled correctly) or "dummkopf". Whether or not you know what they mean, you know they are insults and can be used as such.
Also, "Um" is usually used in the context in which you used "EM".
