Here's a homebrew that I've been working on for a few years now. I'm going to try and see if this will fit in with my universe that I'm building. Hopefully someone will play test it once I'm done. Hope someone likes it. The Correctional Orbital Rehabilitation Environment is a prison planet that houses criminals from across hundreds of different galaxies within the quadrant. It combines alien technologies from over 250 species and houses nearly a billion prisoners. A massive interstellar hexagonal shield comprised of 14 different levels surrounds the M Class planet where criminals serve their sentence. The harsher the sentence the deeper the level that they go to with the first three levels being inhabited by the Galactic Council of Wardens. Players decide which side they want to be on and the adventure goes from there.
