Started this after a request from =yvanklesteinJust goes to show, if you note me with a suggestion for a portrait, it might just happen...
I won't add detailed descriptions for each stage of this one, unlike the Tea Leoni piece, simply because I'd be repeating myself... but in black & white...
It's going pretty well. High contrast image, sharp detailing of glasses frames to come next, plus base shading for the hair to get a more rounded feel for the image.
Bono is lead singer of U2... like you didn't already know.----------------------------------------------------
Edit - 10-04-07 I've changed the layout slightly so that you can see each stage more clearly and see all the little details.

Using a larger tablet doesn't really have that much of an advantage. I only bought that size because I was able to afford it. At work, I have an A5 Intuos2. It works just as well as the one I have at home.
