This is really nicely done.
The minimalism on this really draws the eyes to the figure to the right and that rainbow. It's interesting that the rainbow is partially transparent, which makes it look more natural, as oppose to painting it as a solid block of colours as most people tend to do. I also managed to notice what looks like petals from those sakura trees being blown in the wind which gives almost a sense of motion. I also get the impression of perspective with what looks like a mountainous skyline in the background, done in some darker shades.
Overall, I think this is just so peaceful and tranquil. Sometimes less is more, and I definitely feel like it works well with this.

For me there is colour enough in this work. It feels natural.
I've had people say some of my own stuff is black and white! (so i'm thinking that different people see colours differently than other people)

Excellent style on this one. Perhaps for a wide format, it needs something in the upper right for balance. But this might just be because of the choice of sky color. This places seems a little empty of color for the beginning of the world. Are the colors not made yet? That would be okay. Maybe the rainbow can hit something, like a mountain top, and color it.
I am suggesting too much, sorry. This is very good and has much to appreciate.

Amazing work. Love the naife feeling, the choice of the colors. The only "critique" i have to make it's just something about it that's too raw. In the compositing level there's just more elements missing.
But overall i'd give it a 9/10. Congrats.
