Think the black one is cooler to look at, but for the content is a light website always better because it is easier to read.

Actually its a personal site of a real estate agent, so i thought to give it a different look(portfolio kinda) than a genuine real estate design.

I personaly think the gray one looks more proffesional than the darker one. Content is easyer to read and color balance seems more fit.

Yes its the one approved but i just deliberately made a black theme for personal preferences.

I designed black first but clients wants it in white and its not finalized yet as white one needs some finishing, colors are not having a great impact on eye. I am thinking of some contrast there...
