no one owns the picture. all these sites are like using it and are like woot heres some wallpapa for ya. and im just like kay i shall customize the wallpaper........ so whatevs. if owner finds this, oh well. n_n
also, i saw someone else used this picture and customized it. so oh well.

oh . . Well like, i don't submit them on to dA cause I wouldn't be bale to give proper credit where it's due, so if I have brushes that I don't know where the source is, I usually just use them to practice.
