So. This is a ref sheet for my in the works RvB story of the former mercenary, Locus.
Like my previous ref design sheets, I was inspired by the animated RvB short for the designs. I personally love this style so much, and it's much easier to draw.
Though trying to put the Halo 4/5 armor in difficult to put in this more simplistic style >:V

However, I'm pleased with the results!

Now, onto this amazing character! Locus or Samuel Ortez will play a significant role in my story. He's more of a good guy character and still trying to make amends for his past.
Locus now serves under Vanessa Kimball as her guardian and protector of Chorus.
He patrols the planet on the back of his steed, a Blindwolf named Amup (he didn't name her). He watches for danger, but all has been quiet on Chorus. Far too quiet.
